Senior Technical Product Manager (Internal Tools)

About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager for the Care Internal Tools at EarnIn, you will help transform the customer support experience by scaling the in-house care platform and modernizing internal tools. A major focus is the strategic implementation of AI/LLMs to drive aggressive automation targets, increase agent efficiency, and deliver a scalable, secure customer care product. This is a hybrid role based at our Bangkok office as part of our expanding site locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a constant pulse on community members to understand needs and problems
• Create tight feedback loops with community members to identify Product Issues and paths to resolution
• Raise the bar for design quality and user experience to make EarnIn delightful and engaging
• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, researchers, and data analysts to build and scale impactful products
• Define OKRs and set stretch goals for your product and team
• Establish, monitor, and analyze metrics to track progress toward product goals
• Leverage user research and data analysis to identify and prioritize roadmap opportunities
• Design, develop, and execute features and experiments to iterate rapidly toward product success
• Communicate product vision, roadmap, and results to product team, stakeholders, executives, and community members
• Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, risk, customer support, finance, and legal to ship sustainable and compliant products

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management at a consumer technology product company
• Strong product and design sense demonstrated by shipping delightful and innovative products
• Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data to drive product decisions and improve metrics
• Deep user empathy and experience building products based on user needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with a culture of rapid experimentation to accelerate learning and iteration
• Ability to influence and build alignment across teams and functions to execute roadmaps and deliver results
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and work in constrained environments
• Creative problem solving and ability to think outside the box
• Prior experience working on web technologies
