The Reservation Agent – Chinese Speaking is responsible for managing room reservations and enquiries while providing professional and personalized service to Chinese-speaking guests and clients. The role supports room revenue and occupancy through accurate reservation handling, effective upselling, and timely follow-up. Working closely with Front Office, Sales, Revenue, and other departments, the position ensures a seamless booking experience and maintains the highest standards of Anantara guest service.

Qualifications:

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, with strong spoken and written Mandarin proficiency, including the ability to read and write Simplified Chinese.
