TUMI Senior Retail Associate (CTW)

Position Summary:

This position holds a key role in the retail environment, overseeing various aspects of the store’s operations and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Job Description:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Handle customer complaints, after sale inquiries, and returns, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Build productive trust relationships with customers.
• Drive sales through effective communication of product features and benefits.
• Maintain store visual merchandising in a presentable standard and make recommendation on a store layout and display.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth store operations.
• Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in customer service and sales.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in fashion, lifestyles, luxury industry or in similar.
• Passion in retail industry with good selling skills
• Fluent in English. Additional languages spoken are a plus.
• Must be a good team player, pleasant, service-oriented with good communication skills.

Mobility/Travel

Able to work at assigned store.

Computer Skills

Basic skill in Microsoft Offices (Word, Excel)

Language

Able to communicate in English and Thai. Additional languages spoken are a plus.
