About the Role

The Intern (SME Marketing) will assist the Marketing team in planning and executing marketing communication strategies for MSME partnerships to grow the segment and increase awareness and confidence in Funding Societies' financing solutions. The role covers campaign ideation and implementation through to tracking and reporting campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of content creation and creatives: planning, editing, and publishing short-form video content and designing artwork
• Assist in the planning, development and implementation of marketing materials for the business
• Support building and managing the MSME segment through partnerships aligned to company objectives
• Assist in campaign development from conceptualisation (with internal creative team support) to full campaign deployment across channels: Print, Radio, EDM, Digital, SMS, on-ground, and social platforms
• Prepare campaign performance reports and analyse results
• Attend to ad hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate with a degree in Business / Marketing / Mass Communication or related field
• Proactive, independent, results-oriented and a highly motivated self-starter
• Value-adding team player with good interpersonal skills
• Able to plan and execute content on social media, EDM and online ads
• Excellent planning, organization and time management skills with strong follow-through
• Highly creative with experience in planning and executing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Strong command of written and oral English and Thai

Skills

• Design and video editing tools: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut
• Social media content creation and publishing
• EDM and online advertising
• Campaign performance tracking and reporting

Additional Information

• Available for a full-time internship (40 hours per week)
• Intern salary: 10,000 Thai Baht
• Onsite role; able to start as soon as possible
