Phuket Cabin Crew Opportunities (Dubai Based, Relocation Provided)

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, observant and professional customer service to passengers.
• Support customers with directions, assistance and onboard queries.
• Lead confidently and take control when managing aircraft services, security and safety procedures.
• Deliver an authentic, high-standard inflight experience to customers from diverse cultures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in hospitality or customer service.
• High school graduate (Grade 12) minimum qualification.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• At least 160 cm tall and able to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes to access emergency equipment.
• No visible tattoos while in Emirates cabin crew uniform (cannot be covered with bandages or cosmetics).
• Must be able to be based in Dubai and meet UAE employment visa requirements.
• Positive attitude, ability to work in a team environment, solution-oriented and able to manage a demanding work schedule; culturally aware and professional.

Benefits

• Pay comprises a fixed basic salary, hourly flying pay and an overseas meal allowance.
• Basic salary = AED 4,980 / month.
• Flying Pay = AED 69.60 / hour (based on avg. 80–100 hours / month).
• Average Total Pay ≈ AED 11,244 / month (~USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, GBP 2,280) for Grade II (Economy Class).
• Meal allowances for night stops are credited to salary in arrears the following month.
• Hotel accommodation and transport to/from the airport are provided by the company.
