Sales Executive

About the Role

Xiamen C&D Paper&Pulp Group Co., Ltd. is hiring a Sales Executive. This is an onsite, full-time role. The candidate will excel at creating and closing new opportunities using a consultative approach to selling, identifying and qualifying leads to generate sales with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a similar Paper Industry
• A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships
• Familiarity with sales techniques and the ability to adapt your approach to different customer needs
• A self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools
