About the Role

As the Master Franchisee, you will lead the expansion and development of the MBE brand across Thailand.

Responsibilities

• Launch and operate a corporate pilot center to establish the brand locally
• Recruit, train, and support franchisees throughout Thailand
• Provide ongoing sales, operations, and marketing guidance to your network
• Serve as the strategic leader and representative of MBE in your territory

Qualifications

• A proven leader with business development experience

• Prior experience in logistics or retail is valuable but not required
