Responsibilities

• On-site operation & maintenance: Responsible for daily operation, maintenance, inspection, commissioning, and troubleshooting of equipment at project sites to ensure stable and safe operation.
• On-site workforce coordination: Coordinate and supervise on-site workers and subcontracted personnel, arrange daily tasks, and monitor work quality to ensure project execution according to plan.
• Customer communication & coordination: Act as the key on-site contact person with clients and owner representatives; maintain effective communication regarding project progress, operation status, and after-sales matters.
• After-sales & quality issue handling: Collect, analyze, and report equipment quality and after-sales issues from site; work closely with engineers from China headquarters to resolve technical, quality, and service-related problems.
• Technical support & documentation: Assist headquarters in preparing technical reports, fault records, issue summaries, and continuous improvement suggestions.
• Other on-site support tasks: Support other technical or coordination tasks as required by the project.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components; ability to read and understand technical documentation.
• Hands-on capability to perform maintenance and repair tasks at customer sites.
• Willingness to work under the management culture and working style of a Chinese enterprise.
• Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
