Responsibilities

• Lead and execute market strategy for Japan
• Identify growth opportunities and drive market expansion initiatives
• Manage client relationships across domestic and international partners
• Oversee sales development, marketing activities, and brand positioning
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution
• Travel internationally as required, with a focus on Japan market operations

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
• Strong proficiency in Japanese and English
• Deep understanding of Japanese business culture
• Proven experience in business development, market expansion, partnership building and deal closing
• Background in tourism, hospitality, logistics, or related industries
• Strong ownership mindset with hands-on execution capability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Highly motivated, resilient, and able to perform under pressure
