Engineer Industrial

Your role

• Conduct time studies for manpower and machines to identify productivity improvement opportunities.
• Support the development and maintenance of work methods and process standards in MES.
• Monitor manufacturing performance indicators such as OEE, UPH, and material utilization.
• Analyze production data and identify performance gaps against established targets.
• Assist in implementing process improvement initiatives using Lean and Industrial Engineering (IE) methodologies.
• Support productivity, cost reduction, and operational excellence projects.
• Prepare reports and presentations on manufacturing performance and improvement activities.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, industrial engineering, or continuous improvement. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering principles, and productivity improvement tools.
• Familiarity with time study, work measurement, process flow analysis, or capacity analysis is an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to communicate in English.
