Human Resources Partner Intern (winter period/cooperative)

About the Role

Human Resources Partner Intern (winter period/cooperative). Internship duration: at least 2 months. Candidates available during 2025–beginning of 2026; cooperative internship welcome. Onsite, part-time.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HR operational processes such as attendance management and employee relations.
• Participate in People Operations projects, including onboarding and employee engagement programs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support HR activities.
• Provide documentation support to the HR team and handle paperwork.
• Support the organization of company activities, including company trips, new year parties, and meetings.
• Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Currently studying for a Bachelor’s in any area.
• HR visualizations & design: create infographics and engagement materials.
• A strong interest in Human Resources with good communication and presentation skills in English and Thai.
• The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• A people-oriented and results-driven mindset, proactive problem-solving and attention to detail.
