(Logman) Sales Manager - Freight Forwarder

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Manager to join our growing freight forwarding business. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading people, developing sales strategies, and driving business growth together with the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop the sales team to achieve business targets
• Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers
• Expand business opportunities and drive revenue growth
• Coordinate with internal departments and overseas partners to deliver excellent service
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and guidance
• Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships
• Having Overseas / Freight Forwarding knowledge will be a strong advantage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related fields
• Experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics sales
• Leadership mindset with strong team management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Positive attitude, proactive, and goal-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
