About the Company

JLL is a global real estate services firm. Join the team to support plant and facilities operations for properties managed by JLL. Location: On-site – Bangkok, THA.

Responsibilities

• Overall upkeep of plant and facilities equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Regularly inspect equipment rooms and other facilities using predefined checklists and record issues.
• Walk duty technicians through weekend work plans and provide technical recommendations as needed.
• Carry out repairs for client-requested equipment fixes and diagnose malfunctions.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance work and arrange prompt service when required.
• Support and expedite equipment moves, adds and changes (MAC implementation).
• Ensure all work follows local governmental rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• Certified to perform electrical or mechanical repair.
• Previous experience in a facilities and maintenance role.
• Able to clearly report issues and provide clear instructions for repairs.
• Good written and spoken communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
