About the Role

We are looking for a Software Developer to build and implement functional programs. You will work with other Developers and Product Managers / Product Coordinators throughout the software development life cycle. This position is part of our Early Career program designed to support individuals beginning their professional career through structured onboarding, mentorship, and development.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical support activities related to test with engineering approaches to respond to work requests focused on productivity improvement, quality, and cost.
• Establish appropriate performance reports.
• Improve test code development for Hard Disk Drive validation to ensure test code quality.
• Supervise technicians to accomplish work effectively and supervise engineers in the team to solve problems.
• Coordinate with other sections including overseas organizations on technical product issues.
• Identify and record problems related to test code, product, process, tooling, and quality systems; verify implementation of solutions.
• Initiate actions to prevent non-conformities related to product, process, equipment, and quality systems.
• Perform related work as assigned.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of related experience are encouraged to apply.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of C, C++, and Python (must have).
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning or Generative AI is an advantage.
• Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and strong motivation for professional development.
• Good level of English proficiency (written/verbal).
