About the Role

Warehouse Department Manager - Loading Bay & Service. Lead and manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, outbound, and inventory; drive team performance, engagement and capability development while ensuring safe, compliant and efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily warehouse operations (receiving, picking, outbound, and inventory)
• Drive team performance, engagement, and capability development
• Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse operations
• Monitor KPIs (productivity, service level, cost) and drive continuous improvement
• Optimize workflows, resource allocation, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations
• Manage costs while maintaining high service and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics management
• Strong people management and team leadership skills
• Solid understanding of warehouse processes (receiving, picking, inventory, outbound)
• Ability to manage KPIs, drive performance, and implement continuous improvement
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Strong communication skills; English proficiency is a plus
• Knowledge of WMS or logistics systems is an advantage
