Sizzler-Service Staff (Part-time) | พนักงานบริการ

Job Purpose

Responsible for providing professional customer service according to company standards and guidelines to deliver excellent experiences and maximum satisfaction to all customers, while supporting increased sales for the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Welcome customers politely, with a smile, and good manners.
• Provide customer service according to trained standard procedures to achieve 100% satisfaction.
• Accurately recommend products and sales promotion programs to customers to increase sales.
• Ask for and listen to customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Sincerely invite customers to return for future service.

Product Inspection and Delivery

• Inspect food quality to meet standards before serving to customers every time.
• Deliver food and beverages to customers correctly, completely, and on time.
• Check the readiness of ingredients and service equipment before starting the shift.

Cleanliness and Hygiene

• Ensure the responsible area is clean, tidy, and fully equipped for service at all times.
• Maintain personal grooming and cleanliness according to company standards.
• Strictly adhere to company safety and hygiene standards.

General Operations

• Strictly follow company rules and supervisor's instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Summarize daily sales and related documents.

Job Specifications

Education

Junior high school (Mathayom 3) or equivalent, higher.

Experience

No experience required (prior service experience will be given special consideration).

Other Qualifications

• Service-minded, cheerful, energetic, and good interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and honest in duties.
• Able to communicate well with others.
• Able to work in shifts (6 days/week), including public holidays.
• Food handler training certificate (will be given special consideration).
