As an IT Operations Engineer, you will provide L3 support for internal IT infrastructure, manage cloud and on-premises services, and contribute to incident resolution and documentation. This role involves deployment and maintenance of various corporate systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support of internal IT infrastructure as an L3 engineer.
- Investigation, resolution, and documentation of incidents.
- Deployment of new and maintenance of existing corporate cloud services (payments, policy management, data backup, etc.).
- Deployment of new and maintenance of existing corporate on-premises services (backup, services, monitoring, logging, metrics, etc.);
- On-call duties (shifts).
Will be a plus if you have experience with:
- Cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, Selectel, Yandex.Cloud, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of computer networking technologies.
