Fermentation R&D Staff

About the Role

Conduct research with laboratory development to support the fermentation process, aiming to enhance efficiency, stability, and innovation in production.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen the four core responsibilities: Safety, Environment, Quality, Compliance.
• Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to safety protocols.
• Promote environmentally responsible practices.
• Maintain and improve product and process quality.
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Support sectional activities, including 5S and Kaizen initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, engineering, and other relevant departments.
• Contribute to fermentation technology development as a technical staff member (Fermentation) and provide technical support.
• Prepare technical reports and support troubleshooting for the fermentation process of KPP factory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biochemical Engineering.

• Professional attitude: growth mindset, proactive approach, strong discipline, and commitment to continuous self-development.
• Communication skills: clear and effective verbal and written communication, able to collaborate across teams and convey technical information appropriately.
• Computer proficiency: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Canva to support work efficiency and presentation quality.
• Able to participate in experimental work during partial night shifts, on holidays, and across multiple locations as required.
