Telepsychiatrist

About the Role

OOCA is a mental health care organization searching for a compassionate and experienced Telepsychiatrist to join our team. As a Telepsychiatrist at OOCA, you will provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients via telemedicine, working with a team of mental health professionals to ensure high-quality care. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and diagnoses to patients via telemedicine
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records
• Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings as needed
• Keep up-to-date with current research and developments in the field of psychiatry

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry
• Valid medical license in the state of residence and any states where patients are located
• At least 3 years of experience providing psychiatric care
• Familiarity with telemedicine platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care
