Responsibilities

• Clean molds that have been used in the forming process to ensure they are ready for reuse.
• Maintain and repair molds and line-specific spare parts to ensure sufficient availability and rotation as required.
• Inspect molds before sending them to the production department or placing them into storage; inspect molds after maintenance and record maintenance activities.
• Address and resolve mold quality problems that occur during production and forming processes.
• Deliver and store molds used during production in an organized and timely manner.
• Perform production support activities and collaborate with other departments as assigned.
• Report work results, general events, problems, and other relevant information to the Foreman or Supervisor.
• Cooperate with and follow the procedures of management systems such as ISO and GHPs/HACCP.

Qualifications

• Carry out tasks assigned by the Quality Control Supervisor to achieve the department’s objectives and targets.
• Willingness to work in a high-performance, learning organization and collaborate with enthusiastic teammates.
