Warehouse Solutions Design (Contract Logistics)

About the Role

CJ Logistics Thailand is seeking a Warehouse Solutions Design professional to join the Contract Logistics team. The role focuses on designing end-to-end warehouse solutions, supporting logistics proposals, and developing cost-effective, scalable solutions that meet customer requirements. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams to turn customer needs into practical warehouse designs and competitive logistics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design warehouse layouts, workflows, and storage solutions for Contract Logistics projects
• Develop inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and value-added service processes
• Prepare cost models (CAPEX / OPEX) and support pricing for tenders and RFQs
• Support Sales team in solution proposals and customer presentations
• Conduct site surveys and analyze customer requirements
• Identify productivity improvement and cost optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, IT, and Finance teams
• Support solution implementation during project startup and go-live phase

Qualifications

• Thai Nationality only
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields
• 3–8 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Solutions Design, or Contract Logistics
• Experience in 3PL / Contract Logistics is highly preferred
• Deep understanding of international freight forwarding (Air, Ocean, Land) and warehousing/distribution solutions
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and costing
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint; layout tools (AutoCAD or similar) is a plus
• Knowledge of WMS, automation, or material handling systems is an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills; Good command of English (Thai required)
