Specialist Orderbook Fulfillment

About the Role

The Order Fulfilment team’s mission is to ensure the transparency and reliability of the order book, to optimize stock availability, to ensure effective allocation within agreed timelines and parameters, and to manage planning from a logistics perspective so that the order book is delivered in full and on-time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and execute the order book according to customer expectations, ensuring the timely delivery of campaigns and launches.
• Oversee stock availability and order fulfilment for daily operations, including allocation, phasing and redating; monitor order book accuracy and perform cleansing in coordination with sales operations.
• Track and prioritize seasonal orders in cooperation with PSI and Inbound teams; produce COTA/OTIF reporting, analyse variance causes and identify improvement actions; produce order book-related reports for on-time delivery projections.
• Establish and track Hard Launch processes, identifying critical supply chain constraints and actions to address them.
• Manage RFC updates, conduct gap analysis and drive action planning to meet targets.
• Maintain and update outbound lead times and delivery calendar quarterly; allocate stock to orders using SAP and other control systems via overnight batch runs and ad hoc requests.
• Collaborate with channels to manage Delivery Note (DN) creation and execution, ensuring goods delivery adheres to service level agreements.
• Manage DC inbound capacity with the Inbound team; oversee inventory activities such as virtual stock transfers and physical inventory movements in SAP; manage stock category movement to optimize inventory for sales.
• Participate in SAP workshops/upgrades and go-lives, including regression testing within the Order Fulfilment area when required.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent education required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of work experience, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Finance or Customer Service.
• Advanced Excel is required.
