Pre Sales Manager (Consumer Electronics) Thailand/Indonesia

About the Role

We are partnering with a world-leading AI and consumer technology company to find a versatile and dynamic leader to spearhead our hardware expansion into international markets. You will be the key driver in building and managing the partner network for a portfolio of revolutionary AI digital consumer products in Thailand/Indonesia. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute country GTM plans aligned with global goals; conduct market intelligence to identify trends and whitespace.
• Build and manage a diversified omni-channel ecosystem (B2B/B2C); own revenue targets and optimize partner performance.
• Spearhead product launches and brand campaigns with HQ/local teams to boost user acquisition and brand equity.
• Oversee sales orders, forecast reporting, and inventory health; create tools to streamline partner management.
• Act as the primary liaison for partners, providing training and support to maximize sales potential.

Qualifications

• Proven full-cycle GTM expertise (product, marketing, execution, collaboration) in consumer electronics/smart hardware.
• Solid overseas experience with fluency in English/target market languages; adept at navigating multicultural contexts.
• Deep understanding of AI technology; able to act as a Technical Evangelist to translate complex features into value.
• 3+ years in overseas sales/marketing with a history of exceeding quotas and managing healthy sellout pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to manage local teams and inspire diverse stakeholders.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is strongly preferred.
