Financial Coach (Thailand)

About the Role

Join us as a Financial Coach, helping clients make informed, strategic decisions to build a secure financial foundation and achieve their goals. This flexible, freelance role lets you set your own hours and work from your own workspace. We prefer local candidates but welcome qualified applicants from elsewhere.

Responsibilities

• Offer strategic coaching in areas such as cash flow and budgeting via text and video consultations
• Assess clients' financial situations and design customized financial plans tailored to individual needs and goals
• Guide clients to make informed, secure financial decisions aligned with short-term needs and long-term aspirations
• Help clients manage resources to meet daily obligations and larger goals (e.g., saving for retirement, purchasing a home)
• Stay current with financial trends, market changes, and budgeting strategies to provide relevant coaching
• Monitor and adjust financial plans as needed to keep clients on track amid life changes or shifting goals

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Finance Coach or similar role with a track record of successful client outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
• Strong analytical abilities for interpreting financial data and providing data-based coaching
• Proficient in English and local language, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail; ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in database systems and strong PC skills
