About the Role

The Content Writer plays a vital role in creating engaging, high-quality content that aligns with client objectives and digital marketing strategies, with a strong focus on SEO, research, and adaptability across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Write SEO-friendly content for client websites, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
• Produce high-quality outreach content for media websites that adheres to platform-specific best practices.
• Adapt writing styles to match various brand voices, tones, and goals across different platforms and audiences.
• Join client calls alongside Editors or Team Managers to discuss content needs and gain a deep understanding of products and services.
• Conduct thorough research on client industries, products, and audiences to ensure content relevance.
• Collaborate with Editors, Team Managers, and Account Managers to gather information, share updates, and meet deadlines.
• Develop content structures before the writing process to ensure logical flow and clarity.
• Utilize basic to intermediate SEO tools and techniques to optimize content for search engines.
• Review, proofread, and edit your own work to maintain high standards before submission.
• Track daily tasks, keywords, and campaign progress through SENTR, ensuring process adherence and task completion.
• Actively contribute to team knowledge-sharing through feedback, training sessions, and collaboration.
• Participate in self-improvement initiatives, internal team meetings, and cross-team training sessions to enhance your skills.

Results

• Maintain a team retention rate of 92% or higher by consistently producing high-quality deliverables.
• Achieve optimal campaign hygiene by adhering to editor feedback and ensuring the accuracy of content.
• Consistently meet deadlines, with no overdue tasks.
• Follow Primal’s processes, including maintaining SENTR hygiene, timely reporting, and office hour protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in content writing, with a focus on SEO and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong research skills and the ability to understand diverse industries and audiences.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills in both Thai and English, with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with SEO tools and best practices to optimize content for search engines.
