Video Editor & Production Assistant

About the Role

We’re looking for a fast, proactive, and reliable Video Editor & Production Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Edit social media videos, podcasts, interviews, and marketing content.
• Create engaging stories through strong pacing, sound design, music selection, and color grading.
• Assist with in-house video productions, including camera, lighting, audio, and studio setup.
• Use AI tools to improve editing speed and workflow efficiency.
• Support the video team before, during, and after shoots.

Qualifications

• Proficient in CapCut Pro and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, editing rhythm, sound, and social media content.
• Good eye for color grading and visual quality.
• Able to work quickly without sacrificing quality and comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Helpful, proactive, organized, and a strong team player.

Bonus

• Experience with podcasts, commercial content, or documentaries.
• Basic camera, audio and lighting knowledge.
