Building Service Engineer (JLK Tower)

Responsibility

• To monitor the delivery of all services to ensure they meet the agreed delivery levels for the client.
• Check and monitor routine operation work of all Mechanical & Electrical systems.
• Check and follow-up service and repair work from any
• Follow-up the preventive maintenance program signed to any
• Conclude monthly system defect and repair work report.
• Generate a standard and all mechanical & electrical equipment’s method to record and system defects.
• Generate energy saving plan with Head Office.
• Generate a standard procedure to measure and record energy
• Conclude and analyze all energy consumption data for future
• Inspect condition of building structure.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 3-year experience in engineering field
• Good command of English
• Patient and service-minded
• Engineering License is required
