About the Role

Responsibilities

• Execute complex installation, maintenance, and repair services on customer equipment while maintaining highest quality standards
• Provide technical guidance during commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of sophisticated equipment
• Identify and implement solutions for complex start-up challenges and recommend equipment upgrades or new product opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and contribute to service growth by identifying new opportunities during site visits
