About the Role

Purpose Of Position

• Help Delivery Supervisor to smooth flow of delivery order through.
• Monitor procedures to maintain or increase staff productivity.
• Supervise, motivate and foster good relationships among staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist Transport Supervisor to ensure supervised staff comply with their job descriptions.
• Report staff absences and punctuality problems to Transport Manager and recommend appropriate actions.
• Approve C/N Invoice.
• Supervise Delivery BKK Admin Officer’s activities.
• Visit customers as assigned.
• Follow up with Forwarder to retrieve data loggers.
• Coordinate with Pick & Pack section to prepare urgent orders for timely delivery.
• Handle shipments for big hospitals.
• Support and coordinate with CRC Network section.
• Submit a monthly report to the Delivery Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Education: Vocational or higher, or equivalent experience in warehousing.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in logistics.
• Basic English communication skill.
• Good team player with high responsibility.
• Basic computer literacy.
