Responsibilities

• Responsible for the site survey, hardware installation supervision, system installation and commissioning, debugging, customer training, acceptance, etc.
• Coordinate with customer/partner to manage the progress of the project activities and ensure the project is delivered on time.
• Perform technical support, troubleshooting and after-sales support.
• Responsible for the complaint from customer and satisfy customer's request.
• Develop competence in technical domain.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure the professional delivery capabilities for customer.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

• Education of bachelor’s degree and above
• Telecom background, engaged in base station installation, MySQL database installation, network configuration, operation and maintenance, etc. DMR/TETRA/LTE experience will be more welcome.
• Understood IP/TCP network knowledge, be familiar with switch and firewall and configuration, and be able to use Linux system well.
• Have CCNA/CCNP/CCIE or HCIA/HCIP/HCIE will be best.
• Minimum 3 years' working experience
• Teamwork and good communication skills across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both oral and written English and Thai language.
• Ability to work independently and respond to multiple and conflicting requests under tight deadlines and in a dynamic working environment. Have PMP certificate will be best.
