Responsibilities

• Work directly with Global EHS team to manage and support EHS information updates, database monitoring and tracking.
• Velocity (chemical management platform): act as system admin to monitor platform, support user requests, and monitor new chemical registrations and SDS.
• Workday (training management platform): act as system admin to upload training content, track EHS training records from each site, upload records into platform, and generate training reports for each site.
• Ideagen (incident and audit management platform): act as system admin to monitor platform, support user requests, and generate incident and audit reports for the global team.
• Serve as point of contact between site representatives and Certified Body (CB) for monitoring, planning, and execution of ISO14001 and ISO45001 audits for each site; provide document management, shared folder and intranet maintenance and support to Global Team.
• Support local Nava EHS team on PR & PO process, EHS training tracking and updates, PPE stock monitoring and tracking, waste shipment process and document tracking, and emergency response drills.
• Perform other assignments from Global EHS and Nava EHS team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 2–3 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Good command of English in both oral and written communication.
• Experience and knowledge of management system standards (e.g., ISO14001, ISO45001/OHSAS18001) and EHS is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment; flexible to support urgent company needs.
• Good communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
• Experience with data visualization tools would be an asset.
