Electrical Engineer

About the Role

We’re looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our Thailand team (Bangkok and Rayong). Onsite role. You will be responsible for delivering electrical engineering services, including electrical design, equipment selection and preparation of key engineering documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review essential electrical documents such as Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), power and cable sizing calculations, layouts, load lists and related diagrams.
• Select appropriate electrical equipment and ensure designs comply with relevant standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to support project execution and resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, including brownfield modification and upgrade works where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong capability in electrical design and the preparation of core engineering deliverables (SLD, power & cable sizing, layouts, load lists).
• Exposure to or experience with complex electrical documentation packages.
• Experience in the oil & gas or petrochemical sector preferred; candidates with limited/no industry experience may be considered for Graduate Engineer roles.
• Hands-on experience in brownfield projects and exposure to heat tracing systems is an advantage.
• Due to business requirements, this role does not offer visa sponsorship; applicants must be eligible to work legally in Thailand.
