About the Role

Tax Management — Khlong Toei, Bangkok. Full-time, onsite.

Responsibilities

• Deal with tax authority to get the pending tax refund on irregular cases for CIT, VAT and other types of tax.
• Perform tax planning for AEON and affiliates to mitigate relevant tax risks.
• Review all tax submissions (including additional tax submission) for CIT, VAT, WHT: SBT, SD under AEON and affiliates.
• Coordinate with IT and related parties to implement tax projects (e.g. E-Duty Stamp, Host-to-Host, Corporate card customer) and submit E-Tax Invoice to RD within the timeline.
• Give tax advice on any tax related matters and act as key contact person with RD and external consultants.
• Support tax documentation (e.g., renewal of POA, renewal of Engagement Letter, quotations from vendors for tax).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Financial or related fields.
• At least 3 years of tax management experience.
• Experience dealing with the Revenue Department for tax refund cases.
• Excellent intrapersonal skills; able to summarise and communicate key points to relevant parties.
• Proactive, self-learner, and passionate about growing in tax field to become a tax expert.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
