Insurance Solution Specialist, Wealth Client Coverage 2 TH

About the Role

• Partner with Wealth Relationship Managers (RMs) in client engagements as the Insurance Solution Specialist and sales lead for insurance opportunities.
• Own and manage the end-to-end insurance sales cycle, including prospect qualification, needs analysis, solution recommendation, and lead client engagements from advisory discussions through to successful sales conversion and policy issuance.
• Convert qualified opportunities into completed insurance sales and achieve assigned insurance revenue and business targets.
• Follow up proactively with clients and stakeholders to drive timely sales conversion and case completion.
• Collaborate closely with Wealth RMs while respecting RM ownership of the overall client relationship.
• Ensure all insurance sales activities comply with regulatory requirements, Bank policies, and insurer guidelines.
