The Pizza Company-Service Staff (Part-time) | พนักงานบริการ

Job Purpose

Responsible for providing professional customer service in accordance with company standards and guidelines, to deliver an excellent experience and maximize customer satisfaction, while supporting sales growth for the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Welcome customers politely, with a smile and good manners.
• Provide customer service according to standard procedures, ensuring 100% satisfaction.
• Accurately recommend products and sales promotions to customers to increase sales.
• Inquire about and listen to customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Sincerely invite customers to return for future service.

Inspection and Delivery of Products

• Inspect food quality to meet standards before serving to customers every time.
• Deliver food and beverages to customers correctly, completely, and on time.
• Check the readiness of ingredients and service equipment before starting a shift.

Cleanliness and Hygiene

• Ensure the assigned area is clean, tidy, and fully equipped for service at all times.
• Maintain personal attire and cleanliness according to company standards.
• Strictly adhere to company safety and hygiene standards.

General Operations

• Strictly adhere to company rules and regulations and instructions from supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Summarize daily sales and related documents.

Job Specifications

Education: Middle school (M.3) or equivalent or higher.

Experience: No experience required (experience in service will be given special consideration).

Other Qualifications:

• Service-minded, cheerful, energetic, and good interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and honest in duties.
• Able to communicate well with others.
• Able to work in shifts (6 days/week), including public holidays.
• Has a food handler certification (will be given special consideration).
