GES Technical Training Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Technical Training Engineer to join our Global Export Sales (GES) team and support the growth of our air conditioning business through technical expertise, product training, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical expert for RLC and VRF product portfolios.
• Conduct product benchmarking and provide competitive insights.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams to identify market opportunities and product gaps.
• Support new product introductions and technical launches.
• Develop and continuously improve technical training materials for employees and channel partners.
• Execute annual training programs and training roadmaps.
• Drive "Train-the-Trainer" initiatives across multiple regions.
• Support the design and development of training centers for internal teams and channel partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in technical training, sales engineering, product support, or HVAC industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, preferably RLC and VRF products.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and training facilitation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
