Lead Business Analyst (Permanent)

Job Description:

• Coach, mentor and advise the subordinated team on execution and provide consultation on issues that require solutions in order to support the team to complete the assignments in a timely manner and meet expectation. And also, monitor and evaluate overall team performance and identify rooms for further improvement in order to continuously improve work results and increase the efficiency of works
• Oversea and advise the subordinated team to perform the following activities (but not limit to):
  • Perform BA tasks such as gathering and document requirement, requirement prioritization, E2E develop process, requirement traceability,
  • Design solution for achieve business purpose and operation procedure in terms of business function with support role (eg. System analyst, Enterprise Architect etc.)
  • Identify issue and handle for resolution
  • Identify KPIs, assign responsibility and allocate work target to the subordinated team in order to manage their performance and achievements
  • Identify required resources based on appropriate competencies and proficiencies level in response to the roles within the projects.
• Develop/improve internal working process, guideline, and template to using among team for improve overall working efficiency and support subordinated team. And also perform issue resolution especially in management topic such as scope of work, boundary, support from management level, etc.

Qualification:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, MIS, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s is preferred)
• At least 7 years of experience in role of Business Analyst
• Experience in developing business process and formal requirement documentation such as business requirement document
• Experience with system or software development methodologies, including agile project management or agile development
• Experience in coaching or mentoring in personal and team
• Experience in project and team management
• Expertise in vertical business/domain knowledge is advantage
