Kaaya is a doctor-led rehabilitation and Pilates clinic. This role combines content creation, storytelling and digital marketing to transform clinical knowledge and patient stories into educational content that builds trust, attracts the right customers and supports business growth. As Kaaya expands into larger wellness and healthy-aging services, this role will grow with the business.

Responsibilities

• Content strategy & creation — generate content ideas and monthly calendars; research topics; write captions, scripts, hooks and content briefs; coordinate filming with doctors, physiotherapists and Pilates trainers; work with designers and editors to produce and publish content across digital platforms. Content topics include sports injuries, ACL & post-surgery recovery, back/neck pain, office syndrome, shoulder injuries, running and racket sports injuries, clinical Pilates, therapeutic exercise, movement and mobility, recovery and injury prevention.
• Educational & trust-building content — develop Doctor Education, Physio Education, Clinical Pilates and Recovery Journey series plus Founder & Clinic stories to educate first and sell second.
• Digital marketing & growth — monitor social media performance; track content effectiveness; support campaign execution; coordinate with advertising agencies; identify opportunities to improve engagement and lead generation; analyse content performance and audience behaviour.
• Social media & community management — grow and manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and LINE OA with a focus on educational content, community engagement and brand reputation.
• Insights & trend research — continuously identify customer questions, industry trends, competitor content opportunities and emerging topics relevant to rehabilitation and wellness (recovery science, sports performance, healthy aging, movement trends, exercise innovations).

Qualifications

• Curious and enjoys learning.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Creative, proactive and able to simplify complex clinical topics for a general audience.
• Comfortable working with healthcare professionals (doctors, physiotherapists, trainers).
• Interest in health, fitness, rehabilitation, sports or wellness.
• Bonus if you have: content creation experience, social media marketing experience, video editing skills, graphic design skills, healthcare/sports science/physiotherapy/fitness background, experience using AI tools for content creation and productivity.
