About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager for the SEA region (Thailand, Vietnam & Indonesia) to lead and manage our team, drive growth, and execute strategic initiatives across the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive market growth in SEA
• Identify and cultivate relationships with high-value clients and Introducing Brokers (IB)
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
• Lead, mentor, and empower a diverse team to drive high performance and achieve targets
• Foster a strong team culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and results
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, and regulatory bodies
• Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility
• Set clear performance metrics and monitor the team's progress towards achieving objectives
• Analyze performance data and make informed decisions to optimize operations and improve results
• Ensure that all operations comply with local regulations and company policies
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard company interests

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Forex & CFDs industry
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets in Forex, CFDs on commodities, indices, stocks, cryptocurrencies, etc
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams across diverse cultures
• Strong understanding of trading platforms and industry regulations
• In-depth knowledge of the SEA market (Thailand, Vietnam & Indonesia) dynamics, trends, and regulatory environment
• Strategic thinking with ability to develop comprehensive plans and execute them effectively
• Fluent in English; local language is a plus
