Staff Engineer Test Engineering

About the Role

Supports semiconductor manufacturing by developing, optimizing and sustaining electrical test processes for wafer sort and final (packaged) test.

Responsibilities

• Develop test packages (test programs and hardware) for productivity and quality improvement drives
• Support existing product yield improvement and ramp-up development efforts
• Document and validate test applications to ensure compliance with IC specifications and test program release requirements
• Ensure timely transfer of engineering and production test packages for wafer sort and final (packaged) test to various testing locations

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics or Solid State Physics
• 5 years of semiconductor industry experience with test engineering, test processes, and equipment knowledge
• Preferred experience with V93K/J750 test program development and microcontroller products with embedded flash testing
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good technical documentation skills and ability to communicate technical ideas and issues in a professional manner
