The Brand Management Team is the trusted partner for leading brands across Southeast Asia in strategic planning and driving sustainable online business growth by analysing performance, identifying opportunities and executing data-backed strategies that maximise conversion and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow ecommerce business (NMV and revenue) for one or multiple brands across all ecommerce platforms.
• Act as the brand's main point of contact and trusted advisor; create ecommerce strategy and annual activation plans.
• Negotiate with brand and platform stakeholders to maximise proposition attractiveness and brand exposure.
• Deliver expert recommendations on strategy, promotions and growth levers for brands.
• Develop annual growth plans, activation calendars and campaign proposals.
• Manage cross-functional teams to drive brand performance (Content, Store management, Operations, Chat).
• Ensure all brand/store KPIs are met and collaborate on onboarding and growth plans for new brands.
• Work with Category Manager and Business Development to ensure account retention, explore additional services and support planning and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years relevant experience in Ecommerce, ideally with a platform (Lazada / Shopee), an enabler, brand or distributor.
• Commercial, performance-driven mindset; flexible, collaborative and able to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship management, communication, listening and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop brand ecommerce strategy and translate into annual and monthly activation plans.
• Experience developing digital / ecommerce campaign plans.
• Analytical skills to analyse data and make performance improvement suggestions.
• Project management experience.
• Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
