Contract Logistics Business Analyst

About the Role

As a Contract Logistics Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers and contribute to day-to-day operations in warehouse and distribution centres. You will be part of the contract logistics team, adding your expertise and skills to deliver customer and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support customer tender projects by driving and offering compelling logistics concepts.
• Use new concepts and technology to develop solutions and benchmark best practices.
• Execute in-depth analysis of customer logistics data to define optimal logistics concepts.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to manage the solution process.
• Ensure high standards of compliance during the solutions offering process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Basic technical skills (e.g., preparing meeting minutes; familiarity with AI tools).
• Open to fresh graduates; proactive and self-driven attitude.
• Eagerness to learn, particularly in administrative tasks.
• Background in logistics is an advantage.
