Line Haul Operations (Contract - Samut Prakan)

About the Role

Support Line Haul Operations team for daily operations as the key contact point for internal and external parties. Location: Shopee Sorting Center (SOCE), Samut Prakan. Contract position, onsite.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and create daily truck usage report and other reports
• Support Line Haul ground operations
• Recheck and follow all trucks to arrive on-time at each station
• Coordinate with subcontractor companies to inform daily operation issues or call extra trucks
• Coordinate with subcontractor companies to inform/adjust number of trucks needed or truck scheduling
• Plan daily truck usage to support daily operations and efficiently manage number of trucks to cope with daily parcel volume
• Other tasks related to Line Haul scope

Qualifications

• Based at Shopee Sorting Center (SOCE) at Samut Prakan
• Able to work 6 days and night time (depends on assigned shift)
• Sense of problem solving and ability to find root causes
• Excellent communication, negotiating, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic fast-paced environment
• Moderate Microsoft Office skills
• Basic knowledge in transport operation and planning is a plus
