About the Role

Join Schneider Electric as a Facilities Security & Safety Manager to protect personnel and infrastructure by developing and leading security and facility safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures aligned with organizational standards to protect personnel and assets
• Lead and coordinate security operations including physical surveillance, access control systems, and emergency response protocols
• Manage security clearance administration and conduct investigations of security incidents and loss prevention cases
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and internal stakeholders to maintain a secure workplace environment
• Oversee facility safety programs including fire prevention and emergency preparedness initiatives

Qualifications

• Proven track record in facilities security management and safety program implementation
