Assistant Manager, Logistics MX Operation

About the Role

Manage logistics operations for Mobile products and spare parts including warehouse, transport and inventory to ensure on-time Good Receive, Good Issue and transportation. Responsible for daily problem solving, operation planning for inbound/outbound, and achieving operation KPIs following HQ guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide operation planning for mobile product and spare part warehouse operations (inbound and outbound) to support sales.
• Monitor on-time operation and inventory consistency to ensure processes are followed and pending tasks are managed per HQ guideline.
• Manage and minimize abnormal inventory, verify and sort damaged products for next-step processing, and handle unsellable product disposal in compliance with company guidelines.
• Support sales and marketing activities (promotions, new launches) by creating new operation processes and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet project timelines (ship to store, redemption, etc.).
• Perform cost analysis to generate operation cost savings and manage costs/expenses related to mobile products and spare parts.
• Analyze operation root causes and implement improvement solutions for stock discrepancies or KPI failures; drive continual process improvements to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in logistics (warehouse & distribution operation, operation improvement).
• Experience with SAP Logistics Execution and TMS/WMS system implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills; ability to understand logistics environment, supply chain, receiving, inventory flow and operations principles.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities effectively and work as a team player with a can-do attitude.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office and ability to adapt to other software such as Power Query and Power BI.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
