Job Purposes

Perform various activities of leasing, researching and managing suitable tenants for a defined targeted market, to support sales operations effectively, aligning with business plans and objectives

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct research to determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect customers
• Present and advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials, to attract short-term and long-term suitable tenants
• Provide information on all aspects of properties including expansion, zoning, and crime, to provide support and navigation of property market to tenants
• Provide support to negotiation of leasing terms and conditions and close deals to support leasing operations effectively
• Accumulate and manage rental application data and personal references to ensure effective completion of leasing
• Liaise with tenants and related functions to support leasing operations
• Make reports to summarize overall leasing to propose and improve team performance
• Keep up to date with property market status to apply in leasing operations and improve performance within the team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Minimum of 0-3 years of responsible experience
• Have problem-solving skill
• Have communication and negotiation skills
• Be able to coordinate and multi-task
