Responsibilities

• สนับสนุนและแนะนำการขาย: ให้คำปรึกษาและเทคนิคการขายผลิตภัณฑ์ประกันชีวิต ให้ข้อมูลและจุดเด่นของผลิตภัณฑ์ เงื่อนไขต่างๆ แก่ทีมขายอย่างแม่นยำ ติดตามผลการนำเสนอขายและแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
• ดูแลความสัมพันธ์กับธนาคาร: ประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่สินเชื่อ ผู้บริหาร และเพื่อนร่วมงานแผนกอื่นๆ แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า จัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย และให้ความร่วมมือในกิจกรรมของธนาคารและบริษัท
• การวิเคราะห์และติดตามยอดขาย: วิเคราะห์ยอดขายรายวัน/สัปดาห์/เดือน วางแผนการทำงานล่วงหน้า จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลงานให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่สินเชื่อและนำเสนอผู้บริหาร กระตุ้นและติดตามยอดขายให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
• Training & Coaching: จัดอบรม Product Knowledge ให้ทีมขาย ให้การโค้ชชิ่งเทคนิคการนำเสนอและการปิดการขาย และสนับสนุนกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย
• งานบริการหลังการขาย: ประสานงานติดตามกรมธรรม์และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง แก้ไขปัญหาให้ตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า และให้คำแนะนำหลังการขาย
• การปฏิบัติงาน: เข้าปฏิบัติงานตามเวลา อาจทำงานล่วงเวลาได้ในบางกรณี และสามารถเดินทางปฏิบัติงานตามสถานที่ต่างๆ เช่น สำนักงานใหญ่หรืออาคารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
