Responsibilities

• Take ownership and contribute to growth of the spot trading market share by identifying product opportunities, innovations and enhancements
• Develop strategy and roadmap for business growth with relevant key stakeholders, informed by industry and retail user insights
• Define, track, and improve KPIs; derive key insights from data analysis
• Drive product and tooling initiatives to achieve business objectives
• Align and partner with related business units to optimize results for Spot trading, active users and other units

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the financial/crypto industry focusing on retail growth aspects of product or services
• Understanding and appreciation of blockchain and the broader Web3 landscape
• Ability to engage communities to gather feedback and drive changes to strengthen spot active user and volume growth
• Experience working with product and technical teams to deliver new features
• Able to work independently under minimal supervision and provide guidance to team members
• Clear, logical thinking and the ability to leverage data to provide solutions; strong critical thinking and communication skills; highly driven and quick learner

Skills

• Strong data analysis and KPI tracking to derive insights and drive growth initiatives
• Experience in digital marketing and community engagement for retail users
• Ability to work with CRM and product/tech teams to implement features and tools
• Knowledge of blockchain/Web3 fundamentals
