Partnerships Manager (Fintech or Payment experience)

Responsibilities

• Develop and cultivate long-term, high-value alliances with leading local applications in Thailand to drive premium user acquisition
• Identify, scale, and manage a diverse portfolio of traffic channels, including affiliate networks, financial aggregators, SMS marketing, and telemarketing operations
• Independently spearhead the entire commercial cycle, from initial outreach and contract negotiations to pricing strategies, legal signing, and campaign deployment
• Rigorously monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including traffic volume and conversion rates, to continuously refine and maximize acquisition efficiency
• Track evolving market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging traffic opportunities within the Thailand fintech sector

Qualifications

• Deep structural understanding of Thailand’s internet ecosystem, digital media landscape, and traffic dynamics
• 5+ years of proven success in user acquisition, business development, partnerships, or growth marketing, with a strong preference for candidates from the fintech or consumer finance space
• Possess an active, existing network of contacts or a demonstrated ability to gain access to decision-makers at top-tier applications in Thailand swiftly
• Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and execution skills; highly self-motivated and focused on delivering measurable results
• Complete fluency in both Thai and English (written and spoken); proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous
