Head of True Visions Now Department

About the Role

We are looking for an innovative and strategic leader to drive the growth of True Visions NOW, with the goal of achieving 1 million subscribers. In this role, you will develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to stay ahead of competitors in the OTT market, introduce fresh ideas to enhance user experience, manage the P&L, and increase revenue while maintaining strong EBITDA.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the OTT market landscape in Thailand, including competitors, customer behaviors, and industry trends, to create and execute a strategic plan.
• Stay up-to-date on business trends, new technologies, and consumer preferences to drive subscriber growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain subscribers and achieve growth targets.
• Manage P&L, drive revenue growth and maintain strong EBITDA.
• Inspire and challenge your team to develop innovative ideas and new business models that help achieve financial targets.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders to launch new projects and sustain business opportunities.
• Advise senior management on potential partnerships with global players to foster business growth and enhance competitiveness in the Thai market.

Qualifications

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Marketing, General Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in the OTT business.
• 10+ years of experience as an IT Broadcast Developer.
• 5+ years of experience in TV/Movie/Music on Demand, OTT/Streaming platforms, or digital interactive services.
• Strong communication and business writing skills.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for innovation and the ability to manage pressure in a fast-paced environment.
